I worked on that Kaplan Thompson house in Falmouth, Maine! I worked for the Concrete fabricator that did the floors, countertops, hearth/bench, stairs and showerpan. I know you normally do pieces on whole buildings but you should check out his work specifically if you get the chance. He also did the white countertops in the pictures of the Brightbuilt barn.
