This building was NOT designed by Woods Bagot. Woods Bagot's only role was project management.
We stand corrected... This building is posted on the WOODS BAGOT web site under "Consulting" and was Designed by Bates Smart. http://www.batessmart.com.au/pages/index.html

I'm not sure what the role of "project management" for an architect in Australia is... but in the United States if a firm is (what we refer to as) the "Architect of Record" that firm had a huge undertaking (the largest part being the legal liability) and probably designed more of the building (when you really think of all the pieces and parts) than the actual design firm did.
